Business Background: I have been in the life insurance business full time since 1970 and licensed to sell securities since 1982.

I have earned the highly respected CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation. In addition to the CFP®, I have also earned the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designations from the renowned American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, and the CFS (Certified Fund Specialist) designation from The Institute of Business in La Jolla, CA. These designations involved extensive studies and testing in the fundamentals of financial planning, income taxation, individual life and health insurance, investments, pension planning, estate planning, and issues facing the expanding senior population.

Along with the CFP®, CLU, ChFC, and CFS designations, I have been awarded the RFC (Registered Financial Consultant) designation from the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, Inc.

4/2009 to Present: Independent Registered Representative of American Portfolios Financial Services, Inc. with access to many quality investment companies and Leading life insurance companies.

5/88 to 4/09: Registered Representative with various broker/dealers.

11/86 to 5/88: Investment Executive for Pamco Securities at the local Diamond Savings and Loan.

9/74-11/86: Prudential Insurance and Financial Services. Managed the local Prudential office for a period of time.

8/70 to 9/74: Western and Southern Life.
